We loved the hotel's cleanliness, with every detail impeccably taken care of. The facilities were top notch, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the delicious welcome drinks, served in cute chocolate cups, a sweet and unique touch.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. The butler escorted orientation was a nice touch, and we appreciated the free mini bar, Wi-Fi, and the excellent breakfast choice. The hotel's location in the heart of the Historic District was perfect, as we were just steps away from key historical landmarks and the famous local food scene. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right next to the Charleston City Market and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It made exploring the city and finding places to eat incredibly easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with even the bathrooms impressively stocked with individually wrapped wet wipes. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.
